APEX assists clients, that participate in risk contracting, by evaluating and quantifying their exposure undertaken in a particular contract. This includes identifying the services they are required to provide, the payment rate, and providing advice on the entire risk assumption process.

We perform a financial review to determine the appropriateness of the proposed contractual rates based on the population being served. We also perform an operational review to identify provisions in the risk contract that may impede the risk-taker’s ability to profit financially from the arrangement.
